Currently our customers are unable to redeem gift certificates online. However you may place a catalog order by calling 1-800-910-9836 or place the order online, pay for it with a credit card and then mail in the "original" gift certificate for a credit to the card. Once we have received the certificate, we will credit your credit card for the amount. We would appreciate it if you would write your order number on the original gift certificate. The mailing address for the gift certificate is: Restoration Hardware Attn: Customer Service 730 East Church St., Suite 19 Martinsville, VA 24112-5065 You may also fill out the catalog order form in the center of the catalog and mail in the original certificate as a means of payment. If your order total exceeds the gift certificate amount, please also include a credit card for the balance due. We also suggest that you make a copy of your certificate before sending it in for your records and send it by registered mail.

A $2.95 shipping and handling charge will be applied for a physical merchant card with standard USPS mailing and $2.45 for a digital merchant card.

If you are Shopping with a SuperCertificate then there are NO ADDITIONAL FEES.
