They can also be redeemed online at: www.motherhoodnursing.com www.destinationmaternity.com www.maternitymall.com Gift cards continue to carry a balance and can be used until the entire value has been depleted. You can check your gift card balance by calling the Customer Service phone # on the back of your card. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Please Note: ***Gift cards cannot be used at our Canadian store locations, our Canada Motherhood website, or at our Leased Store Locations such as Macys, Lazarus, etc. Online & Telephone Gift Card Orders: After placing a Gift Card order online or via the telephone, please retain your Gift Card in the event of a return or an exchange. At this time, we can only accept one gift card per order. Multiple gift cards cannot be used for online orders. However, if you wish to have your cards merged into one card, please call Customer Service for assistance at 1.800.4mom2be (1-800-466-6223).

A $1.99 shipping and handling charge will be applied for a physical merchant card with standard USPS mailing and $.99 for a digital merchant card.
