A physical merchant gift card may only be returned for a refund or exchange if the gift card is:
Unused with the full original balance;
Returned within 30 days of purchase;
Returned via a trackable shipping method;
Returned in perfect condition without folds, marks, or any physical damage; and
The gift card merchant is still a partner in good standing with GiftCertificates.com and offered on our website.
You may also be subject to a $5.00 restocking fee to cover our costs associated with this process.
We are sorry, but digital (emailable) gift certificates cannot be returned or exchanged once emailed.
