Guy Duncan is the chief information officer and senior vice president, operations at GiftCertificates.com. Mr. Duncan is a seasoned professional with years of experience in business development. Previously, Mr. Duncan served as Vice President, New Business Development for Election Systems & Software, managing merger and acquisition strategies. In addition, Mr. Duncan’s professional experience includes three years as Vice President, Voter Registration Services and Systems, managing the P&L for enterprise software implemented throughout the United States and internationally for State and local government. While at Election Systems & Software Mr. Duncan was responsible for constructing one of the world’s first Internet voting platforms used in elections in the UK, Canada and piloted in the 2000 Internet Voting Elections in California. Mr. Duncan has held the position of Chief Technology Officer for web based technology company AccuTech, that produced data pipe technology for infoUSA which in return was used by Yahoo, Inktomi and Microsoft and helped to construct many Web 1.0 portals that are still active today.
